Jordan’s practice focuses on all aspects of construction law, construction litigation and commercial law. He has acted as counsel in a wide range of property related disputes including purchase and sale agreements, mortgages, residential and commercial construction, condominium development and Tarion, and residential and commercial leases. Jordan has also acted as counsel on various commercial contract disputes. He enjoys oral advocacy and has argued cases before various courts, boards and tribunals. He has appeared as counsel in complex construction trials and motions.
Prior to law school, Jordan obtained a B.F.A. degree from York University and graduated as a member of the Golden Key Honour Society (top 15% of his cohort). Jordan went on to work for several years as a Technical Director and Account Manager in the live entertainment industry. Jordan obtained his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School. While at Osgoode, Jordan was a research assistant to the Associate Dean and was an executive member of the Real Estate Law Association and Entertainment and Sports Law Association. Jordan was also a Caseworker for the Osgoode Venture Capital Clinic, Business Clinic, and Investor Protection Clinic. Jordan was called to the bar in 2019.
In his spare time, Jordan enjoys reading, calisthenics and spending time with his family.
