Daniel’s practice focuses on construction law, property law, and civil litigation. He acts for a variety of clients both inside and outside the courtroom. Daniel walks clients through the process of litigation and navigates the complexities of the legal system. He also assists clients in negotiating and drafting complex agreements.
Daniel received his law degree from Western University and articled at a large, national firm. During law school, Daniel worked at Western’s Community Legal Services where he provided pro-bono services to the London-Middlesex community.
Prior to law school, Daniel obtained his BSc and MSc from Western University. Drawing on his scientific background, Daniel approaches complex legal issues with a combination of out-of-the-box thinking and methodical rigor.
Out of the courtroom, Daniel enjoys keeping active, live music, watching hockey and football, and competing in (almost) any sporting and gaming competitions.

Obtained a favourable judgment on an appeal at the Federal Court of Appeal
Defended a manager accused of negligence in connection with workplace sexual harassment
Facilitated the restructuring of an international cosmetic company, managing the company’s intellectual property portfolio, securities, and subsidiary ownership
